On Saturday afternoon the Wisconsin Badgers hosted the Michigan Wolverines in an all-Big Ten affair in Madison. The Badgers entered the game on a two-game losing streak and losers of four of their last five games.

Wisconsin's only win in that span came against a middling Penn State program. The last two losses for the Badgers were both by four points and both came against Big Ten foes.

The tough road got even tougher on Saturday afternoon when the Wolverines came to town. Michigan entered the game as the No. 2 program in the country and one of only two undefeated programs in the country - Virginia is the other.

Despite coming in as the underdog, the Badgers never backed down even after they trailed by two at the half.

Wisconsin came out strong in the second half and pulled away in the final minutes to give the Wolverines their first loss of the season by a final score of 64-54.

After the win, Badgers fans stormed the court. It's a huge win for a Wisconsin program that struggled against other Big Ten programs entering today's game.

Now Virginia is the lonely undefeated team in the country, but the Cavaliers face a tough test against Duke later this afternoon.
