Maurice Washington, a four-star running back out of Texas, has made his college decision.

As a high school player, Maurice Washington starred at Trinity Christian School. 247Sports ranks him No. 207 overall.

The site has him No. 10 among running backs. He's the No. 26 player in the Lone Star State.

Back in August, we had a A RB Recruit Had A Fake Ohio State Commitment

">false alarm on Washington's commitment. A video leaked out that appeared to announce his commitment to Ohio State.

That was inaccurate. Apparently the video was supposed to show all of the schools that he was considering, and accidentally got out early.

He will not be a Buckeye. He is, however, heading to the Big Ten.

Heading into today, Washington was down to Nebraska and Arizona State. On Tuesday, he polled his Twitter fans about where he should commit, and a strong 87-percent chose the Huskers.

95-percent of the crystal ball predictions had him heading to Scott Frost's program. Both the fans and recruiting experts made the right call. Today, he committed to Nebraska.

Washington took an official visit to Nebraska last week. It certainly seemed like he was at home, based on his social media posts.

With the addition of Washington, Nebraska's class is ranked 21st in the country. The Huskers have the fourth-best class in the Big Ten.
