Elijah Blades, a Florida commit until a week ago, has signed to play for the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
The four-star cornerback from California originally committed to Florida back in June, but backed off of that pledge last Wednesday.
On Monday, Rivals recruiting director Mike Farrell predicted that Blades would wind up with Nebraska, and today that came to fruition.
His decision was broadcast live on Periscope.
Blades is a four-star recruit, and the No. 16 cornerback in the nation, per 247Sports.
With Blades in the fold, Nebraska is up to 20 members of the class of 2017.
That class ranks fifth in the Big Ten, and is No. 26 in the nation, per 247.
