Man Who Robbed Home Of Sam Foltz's Brother Sentenced To 3-5 Years In Prison

A South Dakota man was convicted of robbing late Nebraska punter Sam Foltz's brother.

Back in September, Jordan Foltz's house in Greeley, Neb. was robbed while he was attending a Nebraska game in Lincoln. It was the season opener, and the Huskers were honoring Jordan's brother, Nebraska punter Sam Foltz, who tragically died in an off-season car accident.

A 38-year-old South Dakota man named Scott Davis was arrested for the robbery. According to KOLN, he was convicted of burglary and sentenced to 3-5 years in prison. He was also sentenced to two years for theft, but will serve the sentences concurrently.

Additionally, Davis will have to pay a $500 restitution to the Foltz family.

This was an especially galling crime, so kudos for justice being served.

The Foltz family certainly deserved it.
