Nebraska Announces Terran Petteway Will Declare For The NBA Draft

Nebraska junior forward Terran Petteway will forego his senior season of eligibility and declare for the NBA Draft, the school announced Thursday morning.

Petteway, a 6-foot-6, 215-pound swingman, averaged 18.2 points and 4.9 rebounds a game in 2014-15. The Huskers came into the season with high expectations, but struggled mightily, going 13-18, 5-13 in the Big Ten.

The season was a tough one for Petteway, who had to deal with his mother's battle with cancer. She passed away last week.
