It's been a successful week for Nebraska football when it comes to recruiting. Just days after receiving a commitment from Sevion Morrison, the program added another 2020 commit in Marvin Scott III.

The Cornhuskers are in the process of bolstering their recruiting class, which is ranked No. 55 in the country by 247Sports.

Fortunately for Scott Frost, his future backfield should be in good hands. On Saturday, the Cornhuskers were informed that they'll be adding a three-star running back to their 2020 class.

Scott announced on Twitter that he's committing to Nebraska. He also had offers from Georgia Tech, Florida State, South Carolina, Tennessee and Michigan.

"Coach Held and Coach Frost, thank you for allowing me to continue my academic and football career at this great university," Scott wrote on Twitter. "I am thankful and truly blessed to be able to say that I am committing to the University of Nebraska."

You can see his full announcement here:

Scott is the No. 49 running back and No. 103 recruit from Florida, per 247Sports.

Nebraska's football program has a total of 10 commits in this 2020 recruiting cycle.

The Cornhuskers should see their recruiting ranking improve with the addition of Scott. However, they still have more work to do if they want to speed up their rebuilding process.
