Ohio State and Michigan might be seen as the favorites to win the Big Ten, however, Nebraska is expected to make a major improvement in 2019.

The Cornhuskers went through several growing pains under Scott Frost. Despite a strong finish to the season, the team had an underwhelming 4-8 record.

With another year under his belt in the Big Ten, it appears experts are confident that Frost can turn Nebraska into a contender.

Another factor is the development of dual-threat quarterback Adrian Martinez. His ability to beat opponents with either his arm or legs makes him a nightmare to defend.

While most analysts expect Nebraska to win around eight games this upcoming season, 247Sports decided to make a much bolder prediction.

247Sports' Jordan James predicts Nebraska to finish with an astounding 11-1 record. The only loss in this prediction comes to the hands of Northwestern.

Nebraska would have statement victories over Ohio State, Iowa and Wisconsin in this prediction.

One of the big surprises is that 247Sports has Penn State falling to 6-6 next season. The only team to have an equal or better record than Nebraska is Michigan.

Regardless if the Cornhuskers actually meet these bold expectations, it'll be interesting to see how Frost handles the team in his second year as the head coach.
