These 5-Star WRs Are Talking Up Nebraska, #HuskerNation At The Opening

Currently, Nebraska's 2017 recruiting class is ranked 28th in the country, and the Huskers could end up climbing the charts as they are still in the running for a number of highly-regarded prospects.

Two of those players are five-star wide receivers Tyjon Lindsey and Joseph Lewis. While Nebraska isn't considered the favorite for either player --Ohio State is for Lindsey; and USC for Lewis--,the Huskers are still in the race for both.

Today, another five-star wide receiver, Trevon Grimes, tweeted out that he, Lindsey and Lewis were talking today about the Huskers.

">@tyjonlindsey & @NoFootball4Me, There telling me great things about #HuskerNation

Now, Grimes is scheduled to commit somewhere on August 24, and he's not currently considering Nebraska. Getting him on campus even might be a long shot.

But if the Huskers could even land one of these players, it'd be a huge coup. And fans have to be excited about some of the buzz Mike Riley and company have generated on the recruiting trail.
