Today, Nebraska picked up its biggest win of the Scott Frost era. They beat the Michigan State Spartans 9-6 in a wacky game in Lincoln.

Three fourth-quarter field goals from Barret Pickering overcame a 6-0 deficit and won the game for the Huskers. The offensive stats for this one are ugly.

Neither team cracked 300 yards of total offense, and both turned the ball over twice. Neither team reached the end zone either.

Former Nebraska star Tommie Frazier reacted to the win by his alma mater on Twitter after the game.

"Crazy game with the right outcome!" he tweeted.

Since starting 0-6, Nebraska has won four of five heading into next week's season finale against Iowa. The Huskers are already showing signs of life under Frost.

They won't be bowling this year, but it wouldn't surprise us if Nebraska is a factor in the Big Ten West as early as next season.

The future certainly seems bright.
