Why is she so controversial?

McHenry has only been with the network for a little over a year, but fans are well-aware of her existence. Why? Back in April of 2015, a video of McHenry berating a tow truck company employee went viral. In the clip, she repeatedly insulted the employee, making fun of her weight, her teeth, and her career choice. McHenry was suspended by ESPN for a week, but the damage to her reputation was far more consequential.
