Photos: Northwestern Installing New Video Boards At Ryan Field And Welsh-Ryan Arena

The last few days have been extremely busy for Northwestern athletics. The Wildcats' Ryan Field and Welsh-Ryan Arena are both receiving fancy new video boards, and the department's Twitter account has been excitedly sharing pictures from the final phases of the installations. We know that Willie the Wildcat had a lot of love for the old Welsh-Ryan scoreboard, but we're sure he'll appreciate these huge upgrades.

We must say, the investment that Northwestern is putting into this technology is impressive. The fans will definitely appreciate boards, especially if they show a football program bouncing back from a disappointing 2013 and a basketball team challenging for its first NCAA Tournament.
