Video: Northwestern Unveils All-White Uniforms And Helmets For Season Opener Against Cal

All white everything.

Earlier today, we learned that Wisconsin will be ditching its iconic white helmets for at least one game this season. Well, Big Ten foe Northwestern seems to be going in an opposite direction. The school has just released an all-white Under Armour uniform (including helmets) to be worn against California for the season opener. According to ESPN's Brett McMurphy, it's the first time the school will be wearing a white helmet since 1980. Check it out:

Northwestern, if you remember, is coming off of a 2012 season in which the Wildcats won their first bowl game since 1948. Hopefully the new look gets them off to a nice start in 2013 as well.
