4-Star 2018 RB Brian Snead Commits To Ohio State At 'Friday Night Lights'

Friday night, during Ohio State's 'Friday Night Lights' camp, the Buckeyes landed a huge commitment from 2017 defensive end Chase Young. He wasn't the only high school star to pledge himself to OSU, however. Four-star running back Brian Snead, a 2018 player, also committed to the Buckeyes.

Snead announced the news on Twitter just after 10 p.m. Earlier in the day, he'd posted a photo of himself with head coach Urban Meyer - wearing some blinged-out hardware.

Snead, who is from Seffner, Florida, is the 80th-best player in the country, per 247 Sports. The 5-foot-11, 200-pound star is Ohio State's first commitment for the 2018 class.
