Update: Miller has unfavorited the tweet, and sent along this message:
Earlier: Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller, the team's starter the past three seasons before he injured his shoulder this past offseason, may be in a strange situation after the 2014-2015 campaign ends next Monday. Miller has one year of eligibility left, and there is no guarantee that he's going to be the Buckeyes' starter next year, given the success had by both J.T. Barrett and Cardale Jones in his absence. But could all of this really have him rooting for the opposition in next week's national championship game?
At the moment, Miller's Twitter account suggests so. One Twitter user, @UofCFB, has asked fans to "retweet" his tweet they believe Ohio State is going to win. They're asked to "favorite" it if they think Oregon is going to win. Miller chose to favorite it, surprisingly.
Could Miller have made an honest mistake and clicked the wrong button? Sure. But it's a bit strange, especially with all of the rumors of his possible transfer to Oregon. We'll see how this all plays out.
