The Buckeyes' freshman is expected to contribute right away.
J.K. Dobbins was the first Ohio State freshman to lose his black stripe. The Buckeyes announced earlier this week that the four-star running back is now officially part of the team.
So, yeah, he's going to be good.
In case you needed further proof of his impending greatness, though, Big Ten Network's Dave Revsine is here.
Dobbins, a four-star recruit out of Texas, was ranked the No. 2 all-purpose back in the 2017 class by 247Sports' Composite Rankings. He should do a little bit of everything for the Buckeyes this fall.
Ohio State opens its season on Aug. 31 at Indiana.
