Cardale Jones Reposts Infamous "We Ain't Come To Play School" Tweet Ahead Of Ohio State Graduation

Before he lead Ohio State to a national title, Cardale Jones was famous for a questionable tweet about academics. Ahead of his college graduation, he had some fun with it.

Back in 2012, when he was still a back-up for the Buckeyes, Jones infamously tweeted "Why should we have to go to class if we came here to play FOOTBALL, we ain't come to play SCHOOL, classes are POINTLESS."

The message went viral, and followed Jones for a while, especially when he took over for J.T. Barrett back in 2014. His sterling post-season performances quickly put the tweet in the back burner with regards to his college legacy, but people didn't totally forget about it. That includes Jones, who returns to Columbus for his college graduation this weekend. Jones left Ohio State early, and just finished his rookie year with the Buffalo Bills.

Jones can clearly take a joke about himself, and posted a screenshot of his old tweet.

Cardale Jones returned to Ohio State over the winter to finish up his coursework, and is graduating just a year after his early entrance into the NFL. Clearly he turned it around in the classroom, as many do after freshman year, which can be frustrating for any student making the transition from high school.
