Cardale Jones Shows Support For J.T. Barrett After Loss

Ohio State fell to Penn State in State College, Pa. Saturday night.

It wasn't a particularly good game for Ohio State redshirt junior quarterback J.T. Barrett, but the Heisman Trophy contender didn't have a lot of help.

Barrett finished the night 28 of 43 for 245 yards and a touchdown, while rushing for 26 yards on 17 carries. He was sacked six times and faced pressure from the Penn State defensive line nearly every time he dropped back in the second half. His wide receivers had a couple of untimely drops, too.

Former Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones showed some support for Barrett on Twitter after the game.

Most Ohio State fans will agree with you, Cardale.

The Buckeyes are set to host Northwestern at Ohio Stadium in Columbus next Saturday.
