This past Saturday, Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones paid his respects to the victims of the Paris terror attacks by drawing the "Peace for Paris" symbolon his cleats. Monday, he took to Twitter to somewhat make a request of the NCAA.
Jones openly wished that he could either auction off or donate his cleats to charity to benefit the victims of the attack. Check it out:
Of course, it's against NCAA regulations to auction off apparel worn by players. That being said, just last month, the organization made an exception for LSU's Leonard Fournette regarding the flooding in South Carolina.
Could the NCAA make another exception? We'll find out.
