It's no secret that Chase Young is considered the best defensive prospect for the 2020 NFL Draft. However, the Ohio State superstar isn't a lock to forego his senior season.

With the Heisman Trophy presentation set for tonight, Young is spending time in New York. During his time in the city, he briefly spoke to TMZ Sports about his future.

Young didn't commit to entering the NFL Draft and when asked if he would return to Ohio State said "that's the plan." To be fair, it's possible that he thought the question had to do with whether or not he'd go back to school after the Heisman presentation.

Obviously this would be huge news if Young is planning on staying at Ohio State. He's a rare talent that would most likely be a top-five pick if he enters the draft.

Not only did Young shed light on his future plans, he discussed which teams could threaten the Buckeyes in the College Football Playoff.

Here's the exchange between Young and the TMZ reporter:

Young finished the regular season with 16.5 sacks and six forced fumbles. If he wins the Heisman Trophy tonight, he would be the first defensive player to win the award since Charles Woodson in 1997.

Even if Young doesn't win the Heisman, the superstar pass-rusher has a chance to finish this season with a national championship.

Do you think Young will return to Ohio State after this season?
