College Football Playoff Field Officially Announced

This year, for the first time, four teams are being given a shot to play for college football's national championship. With the BCS system a part of the past, the College Football Playoff era has officially arrived. It has not come without controversy, however.

Heading into Sunday, there were six teams with one or fewer losses - Alabama, Oregon, Florida State, Ohio State, Baylor and TCU. Last week, it was the Crimson Tide, the Ducks, the Horned Frogs and the Seminoles included in the field. So did the committee decide to make any changes after championship weekend?

They sure did. Ohio State, after crushing Wisconsin 59-0 in the Big Ten title game, has moved up to No. 4. Baylor and TCU finished 5-6, surprisingly. Check it out:

What do you think? Did the committee get it right? And given the fact that two fan bases have legitimate gripes, should the powers that be consider moving the tournament to six teams in the near future?
