Even in the offseason college football fans are finding something to argue about.

Back in March, 247Sports' Matt Howe ranked the top 25 helmets in college football. On Tuesday, that list resurfaced on Twitter in the form of a graphic from Saturday Down South.

Ohio State, Penn State, Notre Dame, Miami and Alabama form the top five on Howe's list. All of those programs have iconic helmets, but that doesn't mean every fan will agree with each ranking.

In fact, most of the college football world is arguing over where certain teams' helmets are ranked.

"Penn state has the worst helmet in football," one college football fan replied to Saturday Down South's graphic.

"FSU has best Helmets and Uniforms on the face of this earth, and it’s not debatable," a second fan said.

It's also apparent that fans believe Michigan should be higher on this list.

"Michigan has the best helmets," one fan said. "Most iconic IMO. But Oregon is top 2 as well. I wish we had white helmets sometimes, think it would look sick."

"Okay there’s literally no way Michigan isn’t number 1," another fan wrote.

It's a bit surprising that teams like Florida and Oregon are outside the top 10.
