If there were any doubts about Ryan Day's ability to recruit, the new head coach of Ohio State has put them to rest with his 2020 class so far. Not only does he have the top class in the Big Ten, but he keeps adding reinforcements.
Earlier today, the Buckeyes landed a commitment from four-star linebacker Cody Simon. He chose Ohio State over rivals in Penn State and Nebraska.
Ohio State wasn't done upgrading its recruiting class on Saturday, as it just received another commitment.
Four-star defensive tackle Darrion Henry announced on Twitter that he's committing to the Buckeyes. The Ohio native held offers from LSU, Tennessee, Georgia and several other programs.
Henry is listed as the No. 11 defensive tackle and No. 121 overall recruit in the 2020 class, per 247Sports.

Right now, the additions of Simon and Henry are enough to give Ohio State the best 2020 recruiting class in its conference. In total, the team has 15 commits with plenty of time left to keep improving.
According to 247Sports, the Buckeyes have passed the Georgia Bulldogs for the No. 4 recruiting class in the country. Only Clemson, Alabama and LSU rank above them at the moment.
Following a huge week of recruiting for Michigan and Penn State, Ohio State certainly responded in a strong way this weekend.
