Drew Brees Praises Ohio State Rookie WR Michael Thomas For His Effort With The Saints

One of Ohio State's NFL rookies is already receiving some praise from his team's star quarterback. 

Former Buckeye wideout Michael Thomas, who was drafted in the second round by the New Orleans Saints, was lauded today by the team's starting QB, Drew Brees. 

According to reporters covering OTAs, Brees has developed some good chemistry with Thomas in the short time they've practiced together. Brees also praised Thomas for his work ethic.

Thomas, a 6-foot-3, 209-pound wide receiver, was taken No. 47 overall by New Orleans in the NFL Draft. He could have an instant impact for the Saints this fall.
