Ohio State is looking like a national championship contender. The Buckeyes aren't just 4-0 — they're outscoring opponents by a combined score of 214-36. That comes to an average score of 53.5-9 per game. Not bad OSU, not bad at all.

The Buckeyes have yet to play a highly ranked opponent, though. But it's clear to see the OSU offense is one of the more explosive attacks in the country.

ESPN has updated its predictions for Ohio State's remaining games with week four in the books. If the prediction ends up accurate, there's a very high probability the Buckeyes are heading to the College Football Playoff.

Here's Ohio State's chances to win each game remaining on its schedule:

  • at Nebraska - 89.8%
  • vs No. 25 Michigan State - 86%
  • at Northwestern - 95.4%
  • vs No. 8 Wisconsin - 75.2%
  • vs Maryland - 93.8%
  • at Rutgers - 98.3%
  • vs No. 12 Penn State - 79.4%
  • at No. 20 Michigan - 81%

ESPN clearly loves how the Buckeyes are playing in 2019. Their lowest percentage odds comes against No. 8 Wisconsin at 75.2%. That's a bit surprising. The Badgers just dismantled the Michigan Wolverines in blowout fashion. It's without a doubt the biggest win from a Big Ten team so far this year.

But ESPN's FPI doesn't anticipate a close game — although things could change between now and then.

This week, the Buckeyes face their first tough road test as they travel to play Nebraska. While the Cornhuskers have struggled this season, playing in Lincoln always presents a challenge. But Ohio State has a 89.8% chance to win.

Do you agree with ESPN's Ohio State predictions? Will the Buckeyes go undefeated this season?
