Ohio State's offseason has been tumultuous to say the least. With the investigation into Urban Meyer and his resulting three-game suspension, the football team will be lead by interim head coach Ryan Day.

Day will lead Ohio State for the upcoming games against Oregon State, Rutgers, and TCU. Meyer will be available to coach the team in practice after the team's first game.

Even without Meyer, though, the Buckeyes are heavy favorites in the team's first contest against Oregon State. Ohio State is a 38.5-point favorite to win the contest.

ESPN's FPI also likes the Buckeyes. ESPN gives Ohio State a 98.8-percent chance to win the game.

Dwayne Haskins will see his first action as the team's starting quarterback, but he's not likely to play for very long. Once Ohio State gets out to a healthy lead, the Buckeyes would be wise to put in backup QB Tate Martell.

Ohio State and Oregon State are slated for a 12:00 p.m. ET kickoff on Saturday afternoon. The game will be broadcast on ABC.
