Earlier Friday, ChatSports.com published the following report: "Exclusive: Browns Preparing To Offer Urban Meyer The Biggest Coaching Contract In NFL History."
The report, citing "several of our most trusted sources," says Cleveland is preparing to fire head coach Mike Pettine and heavily pursue Meyer, who's in his fourth year at Ohio State. The report also states that none of the sources have confirmed Meyer has interest in the Browns, but Cleveland is confident "Meyer will be their man in a matter of weeks."
You can read the full report here.
Meyer-to-the-Browns seems like an absurd idea. And the report has yet to really gain any national traction. It hasn't even really been acknowledged by a prominent news outlet.

ESPN's Pardon The Interruption discussed the report on their show this evening.
The main takeaway from what Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon had to say on the subject: they doubt it'll happen and think it would take "at least $10 million" to even get Meyer on the phone.
