ESPN's Prediction For Tonight's Ohio State-Michigan Game

Charles Matthews celebrates with Ignas Brazdeikis of the Michigan Wolverines.

ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN - JANUARY 22: Charles Matthews #1 of the Michigan Wolverines celebrates his buzzer beater game winning shot to beat the Minnesota Golden Gophers 59-57 with Ignas Brazdeikis #13, Jon Teske #15 and Jordan Poole #2 at Crisler Arena on January 22, 2019 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The rivalry between Ohio State and Michigan will shift over to the hardwood tonight, as the Buckeyes try to shock the Wolverines in Ann Arbor.

Ohio State received a much-needed win over the weekend against Nebraska, snapping its recent five-game losing streak. Luther Muhammad was sensational for Chris Holtmann's squad, dropping 24 points on only 12 shot attempts.

Michigan has won back-t0-back games after being upset by Wisconsin two weeks ago. The duo of Ignas Brazdeikis and Charles Matthews led the charge in the team's road victory over Indiana.

Although the Wolverines enter this showdown as the unquestioned favorites, the Buckeyes shouldn't be dismissed. They play above average defense and are efficient from the three-point line.

With Michigan fans likely to create a chaotic atmosphere tonight, Ohio State will need to silence the crowd with quality possessions.

Michigan hasn't lost on its home court this season, but Minnesota came awfully close last Monday.

ESPN isn't too high on the Buckeyes' chances to pull off the upset, as its matchup predictor gives the Wolverines an 81.1 percent chance of winning the game.

Tipoff is set for 9 p.m. ET from the Crisler Center.
