Today's Ohio State-Houston matchup in the NCAA Tournament Round of 32 is not your typical top four vs. double-digit seed matchup. Here's how the two teams stack up before they play later tonight.

No. 3 Houston comes into the game having dominated most of their opponents throughout the year, winning the AAC regular season title along the way. Despite being deprived of AAC Tournament glory by Cincinnati, the Cougars' bad luck did not follow them into the Round of 64, as they easily knocked off Georgia State.

No. 11 Ohio State had an up-and-down season that saw them secure their spot in the NCAA Tournament thanks to a big win over Indiana during the Big Ten Tournament. Entering as an 11 seed, the Buckeyes scored a 62-59 upset win over Big 12 Tournament champion Iowa State in the Round of 64 to advance to this round.

ESPN's College Basketball Power Index (BPI) has projected the final outcome of the Ohio State-Houston game.

ESPN’s computer model believes that Houston has the advantage in this game. The computer model indicates the Cougars will win the game by 6.5 points.

Houston boasts a top-notch defense that only three other teams (all of whom made the NCAA Tournament) were able to crack and beat.

Ohio State head coach Chris Holtmann had better pull out all of the stops if he wants to avoid the same fate as Georgia State, LSU, Oregon, and the rest of the teams the Cougars wiped the floor with.

The game will be played at 8:40 p.m. EST on TNT.
