Ex-Ohio State TE Jeff Heuerman Tore His ACL At Broncos' Rookie Camp Saturday
For the second day in a row, there's awful news to report from an NFL rookie camp.
Yesterday, it was No. 3 overall pick Dante Fowler tearing his ACL during a workout with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Tonight, the Denver Broncos announced former Ohio State tight end Jeff Heuerman, the team's third-round pick in last week's draft, tore his ACL on Saturday and is expected to miss the 2015 season.

Terrible news for Heuerman, and a blow for the Broncos as well. They were looking for Heuerman to mitigate the loss of tight end Julius Thomas, a major weapon in the team's passing game the past two seasons.
