Ohio State's president and board of trustees are deliberating on Urban Meyer's future with the football program. Meyer remains on paid administrative leave while fans await the decision.

Earlier Wednesday it was announced a decision on Meyer's future could come as early as today. Meyer has been present at the meeting since 9 a.m. ET and his wife, Shelley, showed up as well.

Now fans have joined the cause.

The Buckeyes prove each and every year to have on of the most loyal fanbases in college football. That was evident on Wednesday afternoon when several fans showed up to the building where a decision is to be reached shortly.

The fans include Tennessee Jeff, who held the rally for Urban Meyer after the announcement he had been placed on leave.

We're at the seven-hour mark since the meeting started and an announcement could come as early as today. What will the punishment or lack-thereof be for Meyer?

Stay tuned.
