Former Ohio State QB Troy Smith Arrested On OVI Charge

Former Ohio State Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Troy Smith was arrested on an OVI charge in Westerville, Ohio early this morning, according to multiple reports

Smith, 31, reportedly blew a .143 after a traffic stop. Smith was pulled over for an improper license plate display. He failed a field sobriety test and was also found to be in possession of marijuana as police found a blunt in his car.

Smith was also charged with improper display of license plates and possession of marijuana. He has a court date set for 9 a.m. E.T. Monday.
