Sometimes, it's just better to stay off Twitter. Following a claim by former Ohio State star Eli Apple that the Atlanta Falcons asked him if he was gay during an NFL Combine interview, former Buckeyes wideout Michael Thomas has weighed in. Thomas joked on social media that Ohio State's players used to ask Apple the same question when they were both still part of the team.

As you can see, Thomas also tagged Ohio State wide receivers coach Zach Smith in the post. It's a safe bet that Smith wants nothing to do with the conversation.

Thomas is no longer a Buckeye, so there is clearly no discipline to be had here. But it still isn't a great look.
