On Saturday night, Ohio State and Wisconsin took the field to face each other for a second time this season. The first time around didn’t go too well for the Badgers, who were blown out by the Buckeyes in Columbus.
The second time around started much better for head coach Paul Chryst and company. Wisconsin jumped out to an early 7-0 lead thanks to a strong touchdown run from star running back Jonathan Taylor.
Ohio State’s first possession ended in a turnover on downs and the Buckeyes haven’t had much success on the offensive end all night.
Things took a turn for the worse early in the second quarter for Ohio State. Star defensive back Jeff Okudah left the game and entered the medical tent.
After a brief stay in the tent, Okudah went to the bench and is sitting without his helmet, according to ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg.
#Buckeyes star CB Jeff Okudah briefly went to the medical tent. He's sitting on the bench without his helmet. Cameron Brown is in at the other cornerback spot.

Ohio State insider Dan Hope suggested Okudah is dealing with a shoulder injury, but it’s unclear exactly what the ailment is at this point.
If not for Chase Young, Okudah would be Ohio State’s best defensive player. He’s expected to be a top pick in the 2020 NFL draft and is easily Ohio State’s best defensive back.
Stay tuned for the latest on Okudah.
