On Saturday afternoon, the Ohio State Buckeyes hosted the Wisconsin Badgers in what was billed as a battle of two of the best programs in the Big Ten.
With heavy rain falling for much of the first half, it's been a defensive slug-fest so far.
Ohio State took a 10-0 lead into halftime and those 10 points might be enough to win the game outright. Wisconsin managed just 72 yards in the first half, the team's lowest total since a 2015 contest against Northwestern.
The best player of the game has been Ohio State defensive end Chase Young.
The All-American took over the first half with several quarterback hurries and a few sacks to go with it. Fans watching from home are calling for Young to get an invite to New York for the Heisman Trophy ceremony.
Even an NFL star has taken note.
Former Wisconsin defensive end J.J. Watt has been impressed with Young so far this afternoon. "Chase Young is a very good football player," Watt said.
Watt might be understating Young's performance this afternoon.
He's clearly the best player on the field and there isn't a close second. If he keeps playing like this, the Badgers might never find the endzone.
