J.T. Barrett Changed The Name Of One Of His Ohio State Teammates

J.T. Barrett appears to most as the calm, often soft-spoken leader of Urban Meyer's offense.

The Buckeyes' quarterback appears to be really embracing an alpha dog, leadership mentality as he heads into his fourth season with the program, though.

Barrett, the first sophomore captain in the history of Ohio State football, changed the name of one of his teammates.

Ohio State backup quarterback Joe Burrow is known as "John" in the Buckeyes' locker room. Why? There can only be one QB named "Joe" - and it's Joe Thomas Barrett.

If you're a quarterback recruit thinking about attending Ohio State while J.T. is still playing, and your name is Joe, you should start thinking about changing it.
