Joey Galloway Jokes ESPN Would "Shut Down" If SEC Misses Out On College Football Playoff

If you're wondering whether ESPN's SEC bias is real, well, it appears that even some of its employees think so. This week, college football analyst Joey Galloway, who is taking on a much bigger role for the network in 2015, joked that if the conference isn't able to land at least one participant in this year's College Football Playoff, ESPN will "shut down." He's obviously joking - but it's interesting to see him making light of the situation.

Last year, the SEC saw one of its programs - Alabama - reach the Playoff. Some, including Paul Finebaum, think the conference may be a bit overrated this year. Either way, Galloway might want to chill out on calling out his employer.
