The class of 2019 will start locking in their decisions tomorrow, with the opening of the early signing period. Coaches are using the time ahead of bowl games to work on their 2020 classes as well.
One of that class' top receivers, four-star Georgia native Josh Downs, has narrowed his list of schools down a bit.
247Sports ranks Downs as the No. 341 player in the country. He's 68th among wide receivers, and No. 33 in the Peach State.
He has one in-state option, which is under new management. Georgia Tech, now led by former Temple head coach Geoff Collins, cracks the group.
The Yellow Jackets are joined by fellow ACC teams North Carolina and North Carolina State. Kentucky, Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio State, Oregon, and West Virginia round out the list.
Josh Downs announced the nine-team group on Sunday.
