Ohio State’s favorite Buckeye who never was will be back on campus this fall.
LeBron James, who’s said multiple times that OSU is the college he would have attended if he didn’t go straight to the NBA, will play a preseason game in Columbus in October.
The Cleveland Cavaliers, 2015’s runner-up, will host the Memphis Grizzlies, led by former Buckeye Mike Conley, at the Schottenstein Center on Oct. 12.
Cavs will play Grizzlies in preseason game Monday, Oct. 12 at Ohio State.
