Marcus Hooker, Younger Brother Of Malik, Commits To Ohio State

3-star defensive back Marcus Hooker took to Twitter on Thursday to announce his commitment to the Buckeyes.

The Buckeyes just added another piece to their incredible 2018 recruiting class.

3-star cornerback/wide receiver Marcus Hooker announced on Twitter earlier today that he's committed to Ohio State.

Marcus is the younger brother of former Ohio State safety Malik Hooker who was drafted in the first round by the Indianapolis Colts.

Hooker immediately pounced on the offer, as Ohio State had just offered him on Wednesday.

Hooker, the No. 52 ranked cornerback in the nation per 247 Sports, had additional offers from Pitt, Rutgers, Cincinnati, West Virginia and Temple.

With the addition of Hooker, the Buckeyes boast the No. 1 ranked recruiting class in the nation for 2018, per 247 Sports. The class now consists of 16 total recruits—three 5-stars, 11 4-stars and two 3-stars.
