Noah Spence, a defensive end for Ohio State, recently received a three-game suspension from the Big Ten for testing positive for ecstasy and he is one unhappy Buckeye. Spence appealed his suspension, which originally was supposed to be for a full year, claiming two things: that he never intentionally took the drug, and that it was slipped into his drink at a party. He was denied by the conference on both accounts.

With no more options to appeal the three-game ban, Spence has made the decision to file a lawsuit against the Big Ten Conference. If nothing changes with his suspension, Spence will sit out the first two games of next season.
