Urban Meyer Comments On Braxton Miller's Transition To Wide Receiver, Says He'll Work Personally With Former Quarterback

Once upon a time, before he became one of college football's greatest head coaches - ever - Urban Meyer was a position coach.

For a decade, the Ohio State coach led wide receivers, from 1990-95 at Colorado and from 1995-2000 at Notre Dame.

That experience will be quite useful this August, as former quarterback Braxton Miller will be making the transition to an H-back position that is somewhat of a running back-wide receiver hybrid. Meyer said today at Big Ten Media Days that he plans on working one-on-one with the star athlete.
