Ohio State cornerback Marshon Lattimore entered the NFL Combine as a potential top-10 pick.
His numbers at the event didn't do anything but help his case. While Lattimore did suffer a slight injury--to either his hamstring or hip flexor, depending on who you ask--he finished in the top three for cornerbacks or defensive backs in three major categories.
Lattimore tied for second among cornerbacks in the broad jump, was third in the 40-yard dash for defensive backs (fifth for all participants), and tied for third among corners in the vertical leap.
Lattimore is one of two OSU defensive backs, along with safety Malik Hooker, who could have their names called in the first 10 picks come April.
Another cornerback, Gareon Conley, also is expected to be an early selection.
