Ohio State DL Michael Bennett: 'Whole State Of Michigan Is Starting To Really Get On Our Nerves'

Michigan has been and likely always will be Ohio State's No. 1 rival. Michigan State is starting to trouble the Buckeyes a little bit too, though.

Last season, Ohio State's perfect season and national championship hopes came to an end thanks to the Spartans, who defeated the Buckeyes in the Big Ten Championship Game. While the Wolverines are always public enemy No. 1 in Columbus, Michigan State is the team most see as the one getting in the way of Ohio State's path to a conference title and College Football Playoff appearance.

Ohio State defensive lineman Michael Bennett made it simple: he's not a fan of the state as a whole.

Ohio State will face both teams in the regular season. The Buckeyes play Michigan State in East Lansing, Mich. on Nov. 8 and Michigan in Columbus Nov. 29. Urban Meyer's squad will probably need to go 2-0 in those games--and undefeated in the others--to have a chance at appearing in the College Football Playoff.
