Ohio State alums Ezekiel Elliott and Taylor Decker exchanged jerseys after facing off against one another on Monday Night Football.
The Dallas Cowboys defeated the Detroit Lions, 42-21, in Monday Night Football last night, with Ohio State product Ezekiel Elliott recording another spectacular game, this time with 80 yards and two touchdowns on just 12 carries. You could say his rookie campaign is going alright.
And on the Lions' side, another rookie and former Buckeye was proving his chops as well. Taylor Decker, the No. 16 pick in the 2016 draft—just 12 spots behind Elliott—started his 15th game at defensive tackle and is being touted as one of the best rookies in the NFL, per ProFootballFocus.
After the game on Monday the two got together, and as is quickly becoming customary for old teammates, swapped jerseys.
Elliott and Decker were both teammates on Ohio State's 2014 national championship team.
The Cowboys have secured a first-round bye in the playoffs, while the Lions have an opportunity to win the NFC North outright with a win over the Packers this Sunday, meaning there's a chance the two Buckeyes could meet again in the postseason.
