Ohio State Fans Will Love Cardale Jones' "30 For 30" Idea
The 2014 campaign was storybook for Ohio State, as the Buckeyes overcame a number of significant injuries (and a confusing early loss to Virginia Tech) to win the first ever College Football Playoff. OSU prevailed despite losing two Heisman Trophy candidates at quarterback - Braxton Miller and J.T. Barrett - eventually winning with third-string signal-caller Cardale Jones at the helm.
The story is so good, Jones himself thinks that it deserves an ESPN '30 For 30' documentary. He wants to title it "3rd Times A Charm."
If the series is still around a decade or two from now, perhaps it will be the subject of a lengthy feature. For now though, fans just want to know who's going to start in 2015.
