It doesn't get any better than this. Next week, we'll have 10-1 Ohio State vs. 10-1 Michigan for the Big Ten East title.
The last time the stakes in this rivalry were this high was two years ago, when the Buckeyes beat the Wolverines in overtime in Columbus. J.K. Dobbins was a high school senior when that happened.
Fast forward to now and Dobbins is a star running back for Ohio State. Today, with Mike Weber battling injury, Dobbins ran for 203 yards and one touchdown on 37 carries against Maryland.
After the game, the one-time four-star recruit from La Grange (Tex.) said he came to OSU for the opportunity to play in games like next week.
The winner of next week's Ohio State-Michigan game will play in the Big Ten Championship Game. If they win that, a trip to the College Football Playoff seems likely.
Ohio State is the defending Big Ten champion, while Michigan is looking for its first division and conference title under Jim Harbaugh.
The two rivals will kick off at high noon ET next week at Ohio Stadium.
FOX will broadcast the game.
