The Ohio State football team posted its highest GPA in eight years.
Ohio State reported Thursday that its football team collectively posted its highest GPA in eight years this past spring. The Buckeyes came in with a 2.92, ahead of the 2.88 they put together in the spring of 2012.
Ohio State also noted that 44 players had a GPA higher than 3.0, and three players - center Billy Price, safety Jordan Fuller and long snapper Liam McCullough - had perfect 4.0s.
Props to the Buckeyes for finding time to focus on both athletics and academics.
