Urban Meyer is one of the best coaches in college football, but he wasn’t the only legend on Ohio State’s campus Thursday.
The program’s Instagram account posted a photo featuring Meyer at the Buckeyes facility, along with three other huge coaches: New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, former Notre Dame coach Lou Holtz, and former Ohio State head coach Earle Bruce.
Bruce, the Buckeyes head coach from 1979-1987 and a Woody Hayes assistant for years before that, is no stranger to the program. Holtz is in town to serve as an honorary assistant coach at the Buckeyes’ spring game, which will take place on Saturday afternoon.

Belichick is in town to be the keynote speaker at the Ohio State coaches clinic, which is currently underway through Saturday. Impressively, this isn’t the first time that Meyer was able to draw the NFL’s top coach to campus this spring—Belichick was reportedly on hand for the Buckeyes’ Pro Day back in March. With how much NFL talent Meyer’s program has produced in recent years, it makes sense for Belichick to be around a bit.
