Ohio State Gets Commitment From 4-Star Safety Josh Proctor

It's been a solid day for Ohio State when it comes to recruiting.

Ohio State is hosting its Spring Game on Saturday, though it looks like most of the interesting news surrounding the program is coming from its future players rather than its current players. As we noted earlier, there are tons of recruits on-hand to take in the Buckeyes' glorified scrimmage. They've also landed a few commitments today.

First, it was four-star offensive tackle Max Wray. Now, the Buckeyes have landed four-star safety Josh Proctor, who most believed was going to be headed to Oklahoma.

Proctor announced the news on Twitter.

Proctor is a 6-foot-2, 190-pound player from Owosso, Oklahoma. He's the 87th-ranked player in the country.

Ohio State's day might not be over either. We'll see if the Buckeyes get more good news in the coming hours.
