In the wake of last night's crushing loss to Purdue, Ohio State QB Tate Martell is managing to keep his head high.

Following the 49-20 defeat, Martell took to Twitter and retweeted a positive message from former Ohio State C Billy Price.

Price reminded the Buckeyes that the team overcame their 2017 upset loss to Iowa by staying focused and looking forward.

Ohio State went on to win out in the Big Ten that year.

They clobbered Michigan State and Illinois in the following weeks before beating Michigan to claim a spot in the Big Ten Championship. The Buckeyes won the title by beating Wisconsin, but were ultimately snubbed for the College Football Playoffs.

Similarly to 2017, the Buckeyes still control their own destiny in the Big Ten title chase - and potentially for the College Football Playoffs.

If Ohio State can win out the rest of the way and beat Michigan in the finale, they will secure a spot in the Big Ten Championship game.
